Community Volunteer Days provide an opportunity for people to experience ALMA, engage in farm work, and connect with other community members. Pre-registration is required as there is a limited capacity for all opportunities.

For ages 14 and up. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

What to bring: Please bring a refillable water bottle and a sunhat. Wear close-toed shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty. We recommend long sleeves, pants, and gardening gloves.

Directions: Located just East of Avalon Blvd. The farm's entrance is at the soccer field, look out for the ALMA sign. There's ample free street parking along Redondo Beach Blvd. We will meet at the ALMA sign. Please arrive promptly, as instructions and tasks for volunteering with be given at the beginning of the volunteer day!
